Steelward started with one scarred white plastic cutting board and a question: what were we actually eating off it?

Every knife stroke on a plastic board leaves a groove, and everything that comes out of that groove ends up somewhere. Wood needs oiling and can't go in the dishwasher. So we made a board out of the same material professional kitchens trust for every other surface: steel. Non porous, dishwasher safe, and done shedding into your food.
