Steelward Titanium-Finish Cutting Board

Retire your plastic board. The Steelward board is food-grade 316 stainless steel with a brushed titanium finish — a hard, non-porous work surface that doesn't gouge, doesn't stain, and doesn't hold on to garlic or onion.

• Non-porous surface. Nothing soaks in, so nothing lingers. Rinse, or run it through the dishwasher.
• No plastic shavings. A knife scores plastic and leaves flecks behind. It doesn't score this.
• Double-sided. Dedicate one face to produce and the other to raw meat and fish.
• Dishwasher-safe, no oiling, no warping. Unlike wood, there is nothing to maintain.
• Slim and light. Slides into a cabinet, hangs from the handle cut-out, doubles as a serving or defrosting tray.

A note on knives: a steel board is harder than wood or plastic, so it will dull a fine edge faster. We recommend it for produce, meat and fish prep, and keeping your favorite knife on a wood board for delicate slicing.
